AWAY Cancellation Policy
Due to the number of “late” cancellations a monetary penalty will now be charged for cancelling outside of the course contract. The penalty will be equal to the prize fund for that outing with a $10 minimum and a $15 maximum. You will also be charged a full green fee if Triple S is charged by the course. Each course cancellation date will be posted on the away signup sheet. Any cancellations after that date will be subject to the fee. If you are assessed a fee, you will not be eligible to participate in any future away prize funds until the fee is paid.
